Assistant forest officer caught with bribe

BARDIYA: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has nabbed an assistant forest officer with Rs 10,000 bribe.

Aananda Prasad Sha deployed at Babai Sub-division Forest Office, Bardiya was nabbed while had received the bribe from a service seeker for paperwork.

A team deployed from CIAA contact office in Nepalgunj nabbed him with the kickback.

The anti-graft body said they are further investigating the case.
