Prohibitory order enforced in Sunsari

SUNSARI: A prohibitory order has been clamped in Sunsari from early morning in Sunsari.

Chief District Officer, Phanindra Mani Pokharel said the prohibitory order has been issued with effect from 12 midnight Wednesday till the midnight of August 10.

He said the restriction has been put in place to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the context of movement of large number of people on the road and streets in breach of the lockdown.

CDO Pokharel said action would be taken against anyone coming out of home and going about in the street, disobeying the prohibitory order.

The District Administration Office has urged all not to come out of their houses unnecessarily except those involved in essential and government service, and health workers.
