NCP entrusts Dahal and Poudel to set agenda for Standing Committee meeting

KATHMANDU: The ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has entrusted party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and general-secretary Bishnu Poudel to prepare the agenda proposal to be tabled at the Standing Committee meeting to be held on Thursday.

A meeting between Dahal and Prime Minister KP Oli, who is also the party Chairman, held at the PM’s official residence in Baluwatar entrusted Dahal and Poudel to prepare the agenda for the meeting.

Dahal and Poudel will now work to that end encompassing the aspirations of the party Secretariat meeting held on Saturday.

The proposal will be crafted in such a way that it will pave the way toward strengthening party unity, a leader said.
