CIAA files Rs 1.5 million graft case against two engineers



KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Tuesday filed a graft case against an engineer and sub-engineer at Road Division Office, Lahan.

The anti-graft body filed a case against engineer Nabin Kumar Sha and sub-engineer Birendra Kumar Sha at the Special Court demanding a fine of Rs 1.5 million.

They had received the bribe money from a service seeker for paying an amount to a road project.

They were arrested from a CIAA team deployed from Bardibas.
