BAJURA: An 8-year-old child was killed in lightning at Bhaisikharka of Budhi Nanda Municipality in the district on Friday night.
The deceased has been identified as Dipesh Bohora.
According to a local Indra Bohora, the child was at home while lightning struck there.
The victim’s relative Saure Bohora, 45, was also injured in the incident. It is stated that a police team from local Pandusaini police post has left for the incident site.
