KATHMANDU: Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has warned people to take precaution saying that the rain is occurring in various places of the country this morning.
According to the weather bulletin issued by MFD, the weather is cloudy in all the provinces and heavy rain is predicted in some places of the provinces.
Light to moderate rain amidst thunderstorms and lightning are likely in many places of Pradesh 1, Pradesh 2, Bagmati Pradesh, Gandaki Pradesh, Pradesh 5 and Sudurpashchim, said MFD.
The landslides are likely in these places and the people especially living on the river banks are advised to take precaution as the level of water is increasing due to monsoon rain, said the Division.
