KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) has nominated the members of an ad-hoc committee of its sister organization, Nepal Students’ Union (NSU).
The NC party finalized the names of the office bearers, including five general secretaries and two vice presidents.
A meeting of the factions led by senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel and Krishna Prasad Sitaula on Sunday finalized the names of the NSU members.
Party President Sher Bahadur Deuba nominated Prabhat Dahal, Urmila Thapaliya and Dipak Bhattarai from the Poudel faction. Likewise, Sitaula faction’s Bal Dev Timilsina and Yubaraj Pandey have also been nominated to the post.
Likewise, Tulasa Panta and Muktinath Poudel have been nominated as NSU Vice Presidents.
