KATHMANDU: Influencial leader of Nepali Congress (NC) Dr. Shekhar Koirala has condemned the government act of arresting Senior Leader Ram Chandra Poudel and has demanded the government to release him instantly.
Condemning the government move as flouting rule of law NC Leader Koirala demanded for the immediate release of senior leader Poudel.
“Senior NC leader Poudel, who had reached his home district Tanahu to inaugurate the bridge constructed by Vyas Municipality, has been arrested by the police and the administration,” leader Koirala wrote on his Facebook wall, “It has flouted the rule of law.”
He has strongly condemned the arrest and has asked the government to release him without any delay.
