NOIDA: Leaders of Indian Congress Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi were taken into custody after a scuffle with UP Police during their foot-match towards Hathras to meet the family of the 19-year-old girl, who was allegedly gang-raped and killed.
Rahul and Priyanka were stopped at the Yamuna Expressway.
Police arrested them under Section 188 IPC for violation of an order.
According to the police, Epidemic Act was eing violated and will not allow Congress leaders to move forward.
