Province 1 sees 87 coronavirus cases in 24 hours



BIRATNAGAR: Province 1 has witnessed 87 new cases of coronavirus pandemic on Tuesday.

According to the Ministry of Social Development of Province 1, there have been 56 cases in Sunsari, 15 in Morang, 14 in Jhapa and 1 each in Paanchthar and Dhankuta.

The province had got the swabs of 1,175 persons tested in the last 24 hours.

The number of coronavirus cases in Province 1 has reached 3,454 now.

Similarly, Province 1 witnessed the discharge of 14 persons. With this, the number of people discharged after recovery from the pandemic has reached 1,603 till date.
