Education Ministry approves directives for resuming classes



KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Education has approved a directive to start school level study from June 15.

The guideline named ‘Student Learning Facilitation Directive, 2077’ states that study will be done through an alternative method.

The guideline states that classes will be conducted using alternative methods such as TV, online and distance learning.

The guideline states that classes will be conducted by classifying students into five categories, including those who do not have access to all kinds of distance learning technology and those who have access to internet and computer technology.

The guideline states that students in more than category can adopt the study method as per their interest. The ministry approved the directive on Saturday.
