Sub Inspector nabbed with bribe



BARA: A team of Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Thursday arrested a Sub Inspector of Police on the charge of bribery.

The anti-graft body caught Sub Inspector Jatashankar Prasad Kalawar deployed at Jangbhawanipur Police Post of Bara red-handed with Rs 60,000 bribe.

Kalawar had received the kickback from a service seeker assuring him of easing in importing goods from India.
