NC leader Shekhar Koirala sees need of holding NC general convention soon

CHITWAN: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Dr Shekhar Koirala has said the party’s awareness campaign has boosted the morale of party workers and supporters.

Talking to journalists in Chitwan on Monday, Dr Koirala also emphasized on organizing the party’s general convention at the earliest to take the level of restored energy to a new height.

He warned that the party would land in a trouble if it failed to organize the general convention at the earliest.

It is high time that the party raised voice in favor of the people saying that the NC now needs to hit the street and parliament simultaneously.

On the occasion, he expressed disappointment over the party leadership for failing to take the party to a new height.
