JHAPA: Police have confiscated a huge cache of explosives belonging to the outlawed ‘Biplav’-led outfit stored in a house in Jhapa district.

The explosives were stored in the house of Lekhnath Mishra, 60, at Arjundhara Municipality-1 of the district, police have said.
