JUMLA: Ward member of Patarasi Rural Municipality-4, Udaya Ram Buda has passed away. He was 65. Buda was suffering from aliments for long, said a local social worker, Usha Buda.
Buda was elected as ward member from open category from the then CPN (Maoist Center). Last rites of Buda were performed on Thursday itself. He is survived by his three sons.
The rural municipality expressed sorrow and endorsed a condolence motion on demise of Buda.
