Singh says NC failed to operate as per rule



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress has failed to run in tune with its rule and procedure, leaders Prakashman Singh has accused. He accepted that his party that led different political movements could not take a leadership for economic development in the country.

Party former general secretary went on to say that incapability to form party’s numerous departments even after three years of the general convention was more weakening the party.

‘Only the citation of party’s glorious history was not enough to maintain the party’s image, instead visions were necessary to decide how to take it ahead in future,’ he said.
