KATHMANDU: The Embassy of Nepal, Bangkok in cooperation of NRNA, NCC, Thailand, organized an interaction program at the Embassy on Thursday with the representatives of travel, tour operators based in Thailand with the view to organize promotional programs targeting the Visit Nepal Year 2020 in the coming days.

During the interaction, Ambassador of Nepal to Thailand Ganesh Prasad Dhakal briefed on the Visit Nepal Year 2020 campaign. He urged the participants to support the Embassy for its upcoming promotional programs on the campaign.

Ambassador Dhakal requested the participants to publicize about Visit Nepal Year 2020 and encourage potential tourists to visit Nepal. The Ambassador further requested the participants to promote Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha, for religious tourism between Nepal and Thailand.
