KATHMANDU: First Prakash Dahal Memorial Progressive youth Nepal Cup Volley Tournament will be held starting September 10 to 14.

To be organized by the Progressive Youth Nepal (Gorkha-Kathmandu), the tournament will be held at a playground of Dhorpatan Club in New Bus Park in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-26.

The information was shared at a press conference organized here on Thursday. Speaking at the press meet, chairperson of the Progressive Youth Nepal Dipak Thapa said the competition aims to encourage and energize athletes.

Winner will receive Rs 500,000, first runner-up Rs 3,00,000, second runner-up Rs 1,00,000 and Rs 50,000 will be given away as a consolation prize. The best player will get a motorcycle.
