Three held with 2 grams of brown sugar



JHAPA: Police have arrested three people with brown sugar from Mechinagar Municipality-6 of the district.

Acting on a tip-off, a police squad deployed from Narcotics Control Bureau, Kankarbhitta of Nepal  Police arrested  Santosh Khadka, 24, Soman Limbu, 19, and Suraj Khawas, 19, of Belbari Municipality-3, Morang district on Wednesday.

Police sized 2 grams of brown sugar from their possession during a security check. Police said they are investigating the case after taking the trio in the custody of Area Police Office, Kankarbhitta.
