SACRAMENTO: Four people, including a gunman, died when a gunman opened fire at a California food festival before being shot dead by police, international media reports have said.

Police said they were hunting for a second person who they said was involved in the killing. Around 15 people have been wounded during the mass shooting at the Gilroy Garlic Festival in northern California.

Police reached the spot within a minute of the first shots. Police shot and killed the gunman, reports said. The motive of the shooting has not been ascertained. (Agencies)
