Nepali Congress expresses sorrow over Khiri’s death

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) has expressed sorrow over the demise of Khiri Devi, wife of the previous Constituent Assembly (CA) member Maha Nepali.

NC Parliamentary Party has extended condolence to the bereaved family.

Khira Devi, who was also a party member, passed away on July 26. Issuing a condolence message today, NC Chief Whip Bal Krishna Khand said that NC would remember Khira Devi’s contribution to the party. Khiri Devi had also participated in various democratic movements.
