BIRATNAGAR: A police constable deployed at Area Police Office, Urlabari has been arrested red-handed with Rs 8,000 bribe.

A team from the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) nabbed constable Raju Shrestha with the bribe he had received from a furniture trader.
