Two killed as tipper turns turtle in Tarkeshwor

KATHMANDU: Two people have died in a tipper accident at Tinpiple of Tarkeshwor Rural Municipality-3 on Friday.

The deceased have been identified as tipper driver Maila Lama and co-driver Kamal Lama, said DSP Balnarsing Rana of Metropolitan Police Circle.

The accident was heading to Sisdol landfill site carrying garbage from Kirtipiur when the accident took place.

Their bodies have been taken to Maharajgunj-based Teaching Hospital for postmortem.
