21 parties registered for by-elections

KATHMANDU: A total of 21 political parties have been registered at the Election Commission, Nepal for the federal, provincial and local by-elections to be held on November 30.

The registered parties include Sajha Bibeksheel Party, Nepal Communist Party, Rastriya Prajatantra Party (Democratic), Nepalbad Party, Rastriya Nagarik Party, Rastriya Prajatantra Party (United), Janamat Party, Nepal Loktantrik Party, Samajbadi Party, Sanghiya Loktantrik  Party, Nepali Congress (BP).

Similarly, Aitihasik Prajatantra Janata Party, Amul Masiha Party, Mangol National Organization, Nepal Communist Party (Pushpa Lal), and Nepal Communist Party (Maoist Center) among others have been registered.
