44 Nepali women stranded in China

KATHMANDU: As many as 44 Nepali women, who had gone to work in a garment factory in China, have been stranded. They  have been in trouble after their visa expired, a news in Nagarik daily said.

They have been knocking the door of the Nepali Embassy in China and the concerned manpower companies for rescue.

On May 12Compass Recruitment Company based in Gaushala had sent these women to China promising them jobs related to clothes packaging and lucrative salary.
