KATHMANDU: A corruption case has been filed at Special Court against Raj Narayan Pathak, then commissioner at the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA).

CIAA Spokesperson Pradip Kumar Koirala said the case was filed against Pathak for abusing his authority by taking bribe of Rs 7.8 million on the settlement of dispute relating to an engineering college.
