BHAKTAPUR: Bhaktapur Municipality has distributed scholarships worth over Rs 4.84 million to poor and genuine students as well as the best performers in entrance exams.
The municipality has distributed the scholarships to the college-level students of Kwopa Engineering College and Khwopa College of Engineering.
Municipality mayor Sunil Prajapati, also the chair of college board of directors, on Wednesday distributed the scholarships.
Students belonging to architecture, civil, computer electronics and communications stream under Kwopa Engineering College and Kwopa College of Engineering received the scholarships.
