SP will establish people’s rights thru streets: Bhattarai

KATHMANDU: Federal Council Chairman of Socialist Party (SP) Dr Baburam Bhattarai has said his party will restore the rights of the people through both streets and parliament.

With the support withdrawn from the Oli-led government, SP will play an active role of an opposition, said Bhattarai.

Talking to journalists at Singha Durbar, Bhattarai said that there is no alternative to the constitution amendment and added that his party withdrew its support after the constitution amendment was impossible through the government.
