KATHMANDU: American Ambassador to Nepal Randy Berry has described bomb attacks on Ncell towers as a ‘criminal act,’

Berry, in a tweet, said that the bomb carried out by Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Netra Bikram Chand alias ‘Biplav’ is not a protest rather an ‘act of crime’.

Condemning the attack, he said such criminal activities are not allowed in a democratic country like Nepal.

Meanwhile, he expressed similar grief with the family of the deceased and wished speedy recovery for those injured in the explosion.
