KATHMANDU: Light and moderate rainfall is likely to occur in most parts of the country including in the Kathmandu valley with cloudy weather due to the influence of the Westerly wind.
The Meteorological Forecasting Division stated that there is possibility of intermittent to light rain accompanied by thunder in some places in the western region and few places in the hilly region, owing to the Westerly wind that entered the country from this morning.
Meteorologist Ganga Nagarkoti said the influence of the Westerly wind will be seen in the western region in the afternoon while the weather in the central and eastern region will be gradually affected towards the evening, with the likelihood of light rain along with thunder.
