Snowfall forecasted for eastern, central high mountainous regions

KATHMANDU: The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) stated that Nepal is currently witnessing the impact of western disturbance.

In a weather bulletin issued for Sunday, the met office said that the weather will remain generally cloudy in the eastern and central regions and partly cloudy in the western region.

Chances of light to moderate snowfall at a few places of the eastern and central high mountainous regions, it stated.

The met office said that the weather will be partly to generally cloudy in the hilly regions and partly cloudy in the rest of the country with chances of light snowfall at a few places of the high mountainous region tonight.
