Drunken NRNA Chairman Bhatta misbehaves with airlines crews, disembarked

KATHMANDU: Chairman of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Bhawan Bhatta and media person Sanat Neupane have been disembarked from an airplane for misbehaving with airlines staffers in a drunken stupor.

According to sources at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), police took them out of an aircraft of Silk Air that was ready to take off to Singapore at around 10 pm on Saturday.

Airlines staffers had called the law enforcement agency as the intoxicated duo misbehaved with the crew members. It is said that they also misdemeaned with police personnel.

Some three-four months ago, NRNA Chairman Bhatta has created a drama at an airplane of Nepal Airlines in a drunken stupor saying that he will travel through a flight of Dragon Air while he has booked a ticket of the national flag carrier.
