Biplav’s Kathmandu in-charge arrested



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a top leader of the Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’- led Maoist party from Lalitpur.

Police said a team from the Nepal Police Headquarters arrested Biplav’s Kathmandu Valley in-charge Nabin BK from Lalitpur on Monday night.

BK was entrusted with the authority after the police arrested the faction’s valley in-charge Maila Lama in July.
