Supreme Court to hear PSC-related case on Wednesday



KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has said it will issue a verdict on a writ filed against the advertisement published by the Public Service Commission (PSC) on Wednesday.

The date for hearing the PSC-related writ was adjourned by a joint bench of Justices Dr Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada and Hari Krishna Karki for three days yesterday.

A total of four different cases have been filed against the vacancy announcement by the PSC. The SC is hearing all the cases simultaneously.
