Govt should resolve border issue with India: Dahal



GALKOT: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said the leftist unity has given a message of unity at the national level itself.

The major ruling party Chairman said this while addressing a joint election rally organized by NCP and Rastriya Jana Morcha at Burtibang of Dhorpatan municipality-1 on Saturday.

Also the former Prime Minister, Dahal said the electoral alliance of the NCP with the Jana Morcha now in the context of the unification of the then CPN (UML) and the CPN (Maoist) has given a message of unity throughout the country.

He said there was no alternative to communist unity for Nepal’s development and the leftist electoral alliance has given the message that the communists are now united.

On a different note, he insisted that the territory which India has encroached in its new political map belonged to Nepal and the government would resolve the border issues with India.
