Indonesian President unveils new cabinet

JAKARTA: Indonesian President Joko Widodo on Wednesday unveiled his cabinet for a second term.

He has retained former World Bank economist Sri Mulyani Indrawati as finance minister, international media reports have said.

Likewise, the President has also included the CEO and co-founder of Gojek, a ride-sharing and payments firm, as well as a former chairman of the Inter Milan soccer club.

Around half of his cabinet of 34 ministers are technocrats.

President Widodo urged his ministers not to be corrupt, and to create a clean system. (Agencies)
