A person shot dead in Dhanusha



DHANUSHA: A person has been shot dead in Dhanusha today.

Manoj Sah, 40, of Janakpur-14 was killed in the gunfire, Dhanusha Police Office informed.

Sah was the operator of a petrol pump in Janakpur, according to Superintendent of Police Shekhar Khanal.

Police have arrested Dhani Chaudhary of local Mugheliya in connection with the incident. Investigations are underway, police said.

Critically injured Sah breathed his last while he was being taken to the hospital.

Police have recovered two pistols and around 20 rounds of bullets from the incident site.
