President Bhandari returning home today

KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has left for Nepal from Tokyo on Wednesday morning after attending Emperor Naruhito’s special enthronement ceremony at the cordial invitation of Japan government.

She was seen off by the Japanese Foreign Minister’s special assistant Masashi Ogawa, Nepal’s Ambassador to Japan Pratibha Rana and officials of the Nepali Embassy in Japan.

President Bhandari is being accompanied by Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa, Foreign Secretary Shanker Das Bairagi, among others.
