Three Biplav’s leaders land in police net



BUTWAL: Police have arrested three leaders including the Deputy Chief of ‘District People’s Government’ of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit.

The arrested are Bikram Yadav, 50, of Lumbini Sanskritik Municipality -11, Rudal Yadav, 43, of Gaidahawa Rural Municipality-6 and Bishnu Prasad Tiwari, 63, of Siyari Rural Municipality.

Bikram is the Deputy Chief of ‘District People’s Government’ and Rudal is a member of ‘Provincial People’s Government’ of the outfit.

They have been accused of detonating bombs in the residence of Bhumishwor Dhakal, chief whip of the Nepal Communist Party for Province 5.
