Met office predicts heavy rainfall in central, western regions

KATHMANDU: The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has predicted heavy rainfall at a few places of the central and western regions.

In a weather bulletin for today, the met office said light to moderate rain is likely to occur at many places of the central and western regions and at some places of the eastern region.

“There are chances of heavy rainfall at a few places of the central and western regions with chances of light to moderate snowfall at some places of the high mountainous region,” MFD stated.
