Biplav condemns ruthless killing of Sarlahi district in-charge Paudel

KATHMANDU: General Secretary of Nepal Communist Party Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav has warned of  stringent revenge against the government for killing Kumar Paudel, in-charge of NCP Sarlahi district.

Issuing a press release on Friday, Chand condemned the Oli government saying that it has been intentionally murdering its innocent unarmed cadres in cold blood in the name of dual confrontation to prong the despotic regime which is already mired in ‘corruption, highhandedness and unruliness’, terming the killing as ‘barbaric, inhumane and extra-judicial’

Kumar Paudel, Sarlahi district in-charge of Biplav-led NCP, was killed by security forces in Lalbandi Khola, Lakhanti -1, yesterday while he was returning home after conducting a political program.

Meanwhile, Chanda has declared Paudel as a martyr in a program.

Likewise, the Biplav-led NCP has announced various protest programs including Nepal Band on June 25 to protest against the killing of the Paudel.
