BIRGUNJ: Two leaders of the Nepali Congress have clashed with each other at a public place in Birgunj on Wednesday morning.
Provincial Assembly member from the Nepali Congress Om Prakash Sharma and Birgunj Municipal Assembly Chairman Bhola Kalwar had a fight on the road.
They had a brawl over a minor dispute in front of a tea shop in Adarshanagar this morning.
