RJPN marks Constitution Day as Black Day



KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) that has been demanding to amend the constitution celebrated Constitution Day as Black Day on Friday.

As per the earlier decision, the party organized a program at its central office in Kathmandu and took out rallies in different districts to protest the constitution that it has been calling as discriminatory and flawed, according to RJPN leader Keshav Jha.

The party also enforced a blackout in all the districts of state-2.
