JANAKPUR: Police have arrested Mahottari District Secretary of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit Bhim Bahadur Ale Magar, 45.
Inspector Kishor Acharya at Area Police Office, Gaushala said that he was arrested from his house in Gaushala Municipality-8, Belgachhi.
He has been accused of planting a pressure cooker bomb at the office of Bardibas Municipality some four months ago.
Magar has been handed over to District Police Office for further action, according to Inspector Acharya.
