Spy pen camera found inside prison

BAJHANG: A spy pen camera has been found in possession of a prisoner inside a prison.

It was found in the bag of Ishwar Thapa alias RN, who has been serving jail-term in the district prison of Bajhang on the charge of rape, according to jailer Rajendra Bahadur Bohara.

Thapa used to capture all the internal activities of the prison and send them out.  However, it is not clear whom he used to send them and for what purpose.

The existing law of Nepal bars prisoners to possess such a spy camera.
