Nepalis’ wish for prosperity getting realized: PM

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the time has come for the realization of the Nepali people’s long-held aspiration for development and prosperity.

Extending best wishes on the occasion of the 69th Democracy Day today, Prime Minister Oli said as the country is heading towards prosperity, the Nepali people’s wish for development and prosperity since decades is in the process of being fulfilled. “We are now focused on ending unemployment, backwardness, discrimination and underdevelopment to defeat autocracy and totalitarianism,” the Prime Minister has said in a message.

Prime Minister Oli, in the message, further said that Nepal is now heading towards complete democracy along with economic development and social justice.”

On the occasion, he has also extended heartfelt tributes to all those who sacrificed their valuable lives for the cause of democracy.
