NCP Chair Dahal hints change in govt leadership

JANAKPURDHAM: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the KP Oli-led current government could see a change anytime soon.

Talking to journalists at Janakpur Airport on Monday, Dahal hinted a change in the leadership of the current government even though the party to lead the government would be NCP for five years.

Dahal’s statement comes a day after Oli’s statement in the parliament that he would lead the government until the next elections.

Oli further said that he has no interest in remaining at the helm after the next elections and urged the leaders and cadres to be patient until then.
