JOHANNESBURG: At least 13 people were killed and 16 others were injured when a roof of a church collapsed in Durban, South Africa, international media report stated.

The accident happened on Thursday evening in the town of Dlangubo, north of Durban, after heavy rains.

The roof of the building collapsed because of heavy rains.
