Biplav-led group’s district member Basyal arrested



PALPA: Police arrested Topraj Basyal, chair of All Nepal Peasants Association, Palpa, on the charge of his connection with the Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’-led faction.

The government has banned the faction’s activities since March 12.

Superintendent of Police Bishwamani Pokhrel of District Police Office, Palpa confirmed Basyal’s arrest from Madanpokhara of Tansen municipality-8.
