12 injured in bus collision



CHITWAN: At least 12 passengers have been injured in a road accident in Chitwan this morning.

According to Chitwan District Police Office, the passengers sustained injuries when a bus with registration number Na 5 Kha 6647 heading towards Kathmandu from Nepalgunj collided with another bus (Na 5 Kha 9411) en route to Kathmandu from Dhangadhi at Jugedi Bazaar of Bharatpur metropolitan city-29.

Passengers on board the bus coming from Dhangadhi were injured in the mishap, police said.

The injured are undergoing treatment at the Bharatpur0based Old Chitwan Medical College.
